below are the terms and conditions that apply to your use, interactions and transactions of with our website and Frankly Limited.
whilst terms and conditions are necessary we are big believers in plain English and making these fair to all parties. in the terms below and all our policies the terms “we” “us” and “our” mean Frankly Limited and “you” and “your” means you the customer.
finally, these terms and conditions may change from time to time so please check these on a regular basis.
product information
at all times we strive to keep the information about Frankly Limited and our Ts accurate and up to date but unfortunately, we can’t be liable for any inaccuracies. whilst it hasn’t happened so far, we reserve the right to alter suppliers, T specifications (colour, style, size) and the other information on our website. at no point will your statutory consumer rights be affected.
price
the prices for our Ts exclude international delivery fees, taxes, customs and import duties.
we aim to keep our pricing simple as life is complicated enough but if we discover any inaccuracies for any reason we will inform you immediately and give you the option to either cancel or continue with the purchase at the correct price.
availability
we use an industry online website order processing system to confirm if we have the T in the size you want before you buy. if for any reason we have problems with this system and the T you want is not available we will inform you and either offer you an alternative or refund your money as outlined in our Returns Policy.
pre-orders
we will at times provide the facility for our customers to pre-order Ts before they become available on our website. for all pre-orders we will confirm the size and any other specifications upfront as well as take payment at that point to guarantee the pre-order of your new T.
payments
we use Squarespace as our online e-commerce provider with secure connections to third party payment providers Stripe and all of your transactions will adhere to their own standard terms.
all transactions are managed through their gateway service meaning that we do not at any point have access to any other payment details apart from your name, contact and delivery information. we never store any payment card information on our systems nor share your customer information with third parties unless it is part of the service we provide to you or to help us improve your experience on our website.
all payments need to have been approved before we will dispatch a T.
cancellations
you have the right to cancel your order at any time. If you cancel your order before we’ve dispatched your T you won’t incur any cancellation fees. if you’ve already received your T or it is en route, we won’t be able to refund your delivery fees and you will be liable for the return postage fees to return your T.
claims
if for any reason your T is damaged, lost or delayed please contact us within 14 days at orders@franklylimited.com.
we will investigate the issue and agree the best course of action with you based on our findings. if you want to return a T then it will fall under our Returns Policy.
liability
for any valid claims against a specific order we will refund you the amount paid for that order and the associated delivery charges for that T.
under no circumstances will our total liability be more than the invoice value of the goods and associated delivery fees.
