from time to time we may have a need for other third parties to access your information. these again are to help with how we provide our service to you.

some of these may be by our requests such as marketing agencies and others may be to comply with legal requirements such as audits.

  • none of your information with be disclosed to any third party unless it is part of our service to you. we use third parties to host our website, manage our e-commerce environment, assist with marketing, credit checks and fraud prevention.

  • we use SquareSpace to host our website, Ecwid to manage our e-commerce system, Embed Social for our reviews management and Mailchimp for our digital marketing.

    all of your data is stored in their secure environments and databases.

  • we use Stripe for payments through our website. we ourselves do not store any credit/debit card information and adhere fully to the privacy terms of these gateway providers. any security check requests will be managed wholly by either Stripe.

  • we use the Royal Mail to process all our deliveries but we may use other delivery services from time to time. irrespective of which delivery service we use we only provide them with your postal contact details.

  • by using our website you accept that these third parties will have access to your information from time to time and also you accept their own privacy policies and terms.
