shipping & returns information
shipping
we endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible but, like most firms, we are are reliant on external delivery services firms so please bear with us.
all UK, European and all worldwide deliveries are managed through the Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service so you may need to sign for your delivery. as standard we track all deliveries.
once your purchase has gone we will send your T(s) the following day and would expect UK/European deliveries to arrive within 5 days and worldwide items within 7 days.
to keep you updated throughout the delivery process please use the Royal Mail’s online tracking service. additionally, we may email or text you with your tracking details and updates on the delivery status. please note that, once the delivery has been processed we won’t be able to change the delivery details in any way.
to simplify delivery we use recyclable packaging that fits in a standard size UK letterbox. if for any reason the delivery fails and your T(s) are returned we will contact you to reconfirm delivery details and any potential costs for a second delivery.
delivery costs
UK
we are fully transparent with our delivery costs at the point of the order so you can see how much the delivery costs will be in addition to your T(s). the delivery fees that you see are the costs to us and we will try to keep these to a minimum at all times.
Outside the UK
all international deliveries are tracked. in addition to the delivery fees, you are responsible for any other costs (taxes, customs, import or other duties) related to your order. how long your order takes to clear customs is beyond our control so it’s best you use your tracking number to get up to date information on your delivery. if a delivery gets stuck in customs for any reason please contact your local customs office for an update.

taxes
all T costs include UK VAT. any other taxes are excluded and will need to paid by you, the customer.
customs, duty, clearance
we are a small business so we are unable to cover the cost of any customs, clearance or duties fees. these fees need to paid by you, the customer.
before buying your T please check what these may be for goods imported from the UK.
returns policy
we want you to love your new T but if there is any reason why you don’t, we’ll be happy to refund you. if you want to return your T then you need to do this within 30 days of the purchase date and make sure to return the T along with all of the original packaging, labels and certificate otherwise we won’t be able to process your refund.
for all returns please print your return label here adding your sender details and send to Frankly Limited HQ, 74 Hydethorpe Road, Balham, London, SW12 0JB.
all returns must be fully tracked so to initiate a return please send us an email to orders@franklylimited.com with the following information - your name, the order number, the reason for the return and the returning tracking number.
when we receive the T along with everything else, everything looks right and is in good condition we will email to notify you that we will be processing your refund. refunds usually take between 3 - 5 days to be deposited back into the account used to pay for the T. also, please note that, unless we’ve made a mistake, all refunds will exclude any delivery costs, customs and import duties we’ve paid.
if for any reason the return doesn’t meet our standards for a refund, we will email you to explain why. that said, so far this hasn’t happened.
international returns
for any returns from outside the UK it is important that the return parcel is clearly marked as a “Customer Return”. if the parcel isn’t clearly marked your returned parcel will incur import duties which will be deducted from your refund.
if a parcel is returned for any non-payment of any duties, taxes, clearance or any other delivery fees then you will not be eligible for a refund.
exchanges
it happens, we buy the wrong size. we do have different sizes for all our Ts but our ranges are limited so we may not be able to offer you a different size in the same style of T. if we do then we’ll happily send through the replacement. if we don’t then we will have other styles in your size and we’re happy to make the swap for you. if this doesn’t work then you can return the T in line with the returns policy above. finally, unfortunately, we will need to charge again for the delivery fees, custom and import duties for any replacement Tees

returned items
if you have to return a T for any reason that’s not the end of its story. we don’t want to see any of our Ts wasted and we have a vibrant resale community with a mailing list of customers who buy returned Ts for their collection. as with any new purchase we send them the T along with the original packaging (your details are removed) and original labels and certificate.
