competition terms
from time to time Frankly Limited will run various competitions, giveaways and other similar activities (“Competitions”) as part of our marketing strategy. the terms below provide the rules to how these Competitions will be governed.
whilst terms and conditions are necessary we are big believers in plain English and making these fair to all parties. in the competition terms below and all our policies the terms “we” “us” and “our” mean Frankly Limited and “you” and “your” means you the customer.
finally, these terms and conditions may change from time to time so please check these on a regular basis.
competition owner
all Frankly Limited competitions are provided by Frankly Limited unless otherwise stated.
competition dates
unless otherwise stated all Competitions will run for a period of exactly 7 days from the initial posting of the specific Competition.
eligibility
all Competitions are for individuals over 18 only. no company or affiliates will be allowed to enter.
guidelines
participants must adhere to the rules of the Competition otherwise they will be disqualified from the Competition.
participants must not inaccurately tag content or encourage others to inaccurately tag content (example: don’t encourage people to tag themselves in photos if they aren’t in the photo).
winners will be selected either by random or based on the criteria outlined for the specific Competition.
the final decision on who has won any Competition will be made by Frankly Limited only, no third parties will be involved in any way.
all decisions will be final and Frankly Limited who will be in no way required to justify their decision.
notifications
competition winners will be notified within 48 hours of the end of the competition. notifications will be via instagram or facebook messenger or email.
acceptance
if a winner hasn’t claimed their prize within 7 days of being notified then their prize is rescinded and another winner will be selected by Frankly Limited.
Competition winners will be eligible to receive the prize offered in Competition only, no cash alternatives will be made available. if the winner does not want the prize offered in the Competition then their eligibility to the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
winners outside of the UK will be responsible for any delivery costs, taxes or duties associated with the delivery of their prize.
acknowledgements
no Competition is sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media used throughout the contest.
